How do I track my package?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once the order is shipped, you’ll receive an email including your shipping information and tracking number.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are fulfilled immediately upon receipt, and nearly all orders are shipped within 48 hours of order placement. 

Shipping within the continental US typically takes between 3-7 business days. If you require expedited shipping please select it at checkout. It is not possible to change the shipping method after your order has been placed. 

My package is missing. What do I do?

First, check your tracking number. Sometimes packages get delayed. If your package shows as delivered, but it’s not there, please file a missing package claim with the carrier. Once filed, please send a copy of the claim to our team at support@gearenvie.com. We will do our best to help recover the package, and fulfill your order.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, we offer returns within 30 days of order placement. Please note we are unable to accept returns from international orders.

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging. 

Start a return or exchange by emailing us at support@gearenvie.com with your request and order number. We will respond with a return shipping label.

How many days do I have to make a return?

Orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. 

The items must be returned using a return label generated from our system within 14 days of processing. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.

Can I use my own return label?

We strongly recommend you use the return label we send you after you submit your return. The return labels generated by Gear Envie provide our team with return tracking. We cannot guarantee delivery or proper support for anything returned with a label created outside our system. Gear Envie will not reimburse any expenses incurred through using alternative shipping methods. 

Wearing Hikas

How do I wash my Hikas?

Hikas are machine washable. Put them in your washing machine on the cold setting. Tumble dry at low temperatures. No bleach. No dry cleaning. No ironing.

Where are Hikas made?

Hikas are designed in the Berkshires, Massachusetts, and responsibly manufactured in Nanjing, China.

I have a shellfish allergy. Can I wear this?

YES! Those with a shellfish allergy are safe to wear our products. Shells are processed into fiber and mixed with recycled PET. Any reactive enzymes that may cause allergic reactions are removed during the manufacturing process.

Will Hikas fit my kids?

Hikas are designed to be worn by humans 13 and older. Hikas have elastic drawstrings which contain small plastic parts, and are not suitable for small children.

How do I edit or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or edit orders once they are placed. Upon receiving the item, you may reach out to our team to start a return.
